Pastoral Associate of Volunteer Ministry (23 hour max week) 

General Statement of Duties: The Pastoral Associate of Volunteer Ministry functions as an integral member of the parish staff, sharing in the responsibility with the pastor by assessing the needs of ministry coordinators. The position is more of a generalist than a specialist, working under the direction of the pastor in responding to the spiritual, pastoral, and educational needs of ministries within the linkage of Christ the King and Pope John XXIII. This will be done in communication and cooperation with the ministry coordinators to help insure the overall care of the parish community.  The position requires the ability to communicate activities within the Linkage, PCA, other local Churches, and the Diocese of Syracuse.

Job Opening

Communications Coordinator (10-15 hours weekly) 

General Statement of Duties: This person will play an integral part in accurately and professionally developing, publishing, and managing our print, email, voice, video, social media, and web platforms including, but not limited to, bulletins, letters, email, Facebook, and YouTube. The primary responsibility of this position will be to evaluate and where warranted, improve and enhance the communications efforts of the linked parishes. You will work with clergy, staff, volunteers, and management to update and enhance the weekly printed bulletin, newsletters, and mail communications as well as the website, livestreaming, social media and other forms of communications within the parishes.
